I've always liked screen glitches. Poor connections and video buffering often give you a chance to witness and capture them. For the longest time I wished there was a way to capture the beauty of randomly corrupting streams or images without learning how to manipulate the underlying bits and bytes.
I did some digging and it turns out someone has made the tool I dreamed of. Snorpey, an alias of Georg Fischer, made some free tools that corrupts the bytes in a given jpg file.
Here are some composite images I made for an upcoming project with the help of the tool.
